Steam region lock
Steam Wallet codes are region-specific — a US card only redeems on a US-region Steam account. The price you see on Steam Turkey is not transferable to a US account.
Steam Wallet codes and most regional gift cards are locked to the storefront they're issued for. A US $10 Steam Wallet code only credits a US-region Steam account; a Turkish 200 ₺ code only credits a Turkish account. Resellers must match the SKU region to the customer's Steam account region — wrong region = wasted code. FazerCards splits Steam catalog by region for this reason: /catalog/steam/usa, /catalog/steam/turkey, /catalog/steam/argentina, etc.
