PSN region lock
PlayStation Network gift cards are region-locked the same way Steam codes are — a US PSN card only credits a US PSN account.
PlayStation Network gift cards work on a region-locked basis: the card region must match the PSN account region. Common regions: US, UK, EU, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Japan. Each region has its own pricing and catalogue. FazerCards lists PlayStation cards under /catalog/playstation/<region>.
